We ask for two things: your business or artist name, and what you sell.
The Dealers’ Den team reviews every application.
Accepted dealers agree their table size with the team, then get the table fee.
Set up before the Den opens, and pack up after closing on the last Dealers' Den day.

Work created with generative AI tools is not allowed on any table, in any form, including as a base for prints or merch.
There is no After Dark area. Mature or explicit items may not be displayed, sold or offered at any table, including in covered portfolios.
Fan art is welcome in small quantities. Items using official logos, trademarks or copied artwork are not.
No open flames, extension cables across aisles, or displays taller than the limit set by the venue. Keep the aisle in front of you clear.
