Room selection is not available anymore! However, you still have time to register or pay for the con ticket until 18:00 on 15. 8. 2023, in case any of you have not yet done so. After that date, we are closing all registrations!

We have an important update regarding room selection. Please be informed that changes to existing bookings are no longer available. Any modifications to bookings will now be subject to a fee imposed by the hotel.

We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Good afternoon Agents!

The hotel room check-in is at the hotel reception desk on Saturday from 12.00 onwards! Registration is also planned from 12.00-16:30. If you come after these designated times please contact a Staff member at the ConOps/Security and we will sort it out!

Attention agents! 

On 12th of August we are closing room selection. 

If you wish to stay at the hotel and you still haven't paid for the convention ticket or haven't selected your hotel room, please do so.

Once you've picked the room and paid for the ticket, you've successfully reserved the room.
