By plane

  1. 1. Take a plane to Ljubljana Jože Pučnik Airport (LJU)
  2. 2. From the airport, you can reach your hotel in Ljubljana by bus, taxi, or shuttle service. The bus is the cheapest option (3,3 EUR), departing twice every hour. Check the timetable for exact times. Taxis offer a direct and convenient ride, while shuttle services like GoOpti provide a comfortable transfer but must be booked in advance.

By train

  1. 1. Take a train to Ljubljana train station.
  2. 2. Once you arrive, you will have a 10-minute walk to the hotel, or you can take a taxi if preferred.

By car

For those of you who will be travelling by car, we simply recommend using Google Maps to search for directions to the Grand Hotel Union in Ljubljana. The hotel offers underground parking to all our attendees for 21€ per day. Drive safely and responsibly.

Please note that in order to drive on most toll roads in Slovenia, it is necessary to acquire an e-vignette.
